Ramon came to my house to give a free estimate for water damage. He used his moisture meter & declared my wall was dry (The drywall & insulation had already been removed.). Ramon treated and scrubbed small secton of mold & said it was remediated. He did not charge me, but yesterday I asked for a written documentation of what he saw & remediated. I told him I would pay the $425 they charge for it. He said he would check with his spervisor & get back to me that afternoon. He did not get back to me, so I guess he doesn't stand ... read more

Oscar and the entire Elementum team provided great support during our insurance claim process and even after the claim had been resolved with them. Communication was prompt and the support from the technicians was excellent. They did great work with our flood repair. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of mitigation services.

I would like to commend the team of Elementum Services for their oustanding customer service! It started with Scott doing an honest assessment on what possible damages occured and how it would be resolved. Next phase, Anthony did the tear down and restoration resulting in better than when I purchased the home last year. This is the type of service everyone deserves! Thank you Elementum Services for your committment to excellent customer service!

This is the second time we have used Elementum. They have been wonderful to work with. Scott has been especially helpful and he is was great at assisting us through this process. He always responded to our questions in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them.
