Checked in the hotel Thursday around 3pm ish and saw the spa on the second floor. There is a qr code thing to scan and they give u a number to text them to book... I text them before 5 pm on Thursday and it is Saturday now snd they have not text me back.. The front desk told me they open at 10am and close at 5pm... It is dark in there and they haven't gotten back to me.. Very unprofessional.. Why leave a number to text them when they don't text back....cant wait till I check out I have a feeling my review on the entire hotel... read more
