No stars for this place and it isn’t the salon’s fault since they rent out their spaces but gives them a bad face. I went with Pham she does cavitation,RF,Hifu, facials etc. I bought a Groupon for $63 for one cavitation session. Once I got there since she could’ve safe my time, gas and possibly get a refund or credit from Groupon she gave me only consultation and said she couldn’t give me a one time service because it isn’t worth the time or money since she only goes by membership starting at 1700- 2200 for 12 sessions. One of the worst facials I've ever had, but maybe that's what I get for using Groupon. Groupon was recommended by my neighbor and I went to get a first time facial by Hung Pham who had excellent reviews at the salon Elements. My experience with her was unrelaxing, very uncomfortable, and overall a terrible experience. I had gently requested extra hot towels, a quiet environment, and the lights off (which she denied to accommodate on all 3). I’ve been coming here for years and Stephanie has been my go-to stylist the whole time, she’s the best! This place is welcoming, has a great vibe and and professional.
Been wondering if I should even get this done and it’s been bothering me for years just by looking at it. It’s not dangerous to have kept it but it just looked funny. So happy I got it done. Process took longer than I expected but Anh was so careful and precise, I wanted it to be done carefully. Healing was fine, it was sore and tender a few days after but now it looks great. It was in my armpit so it wasn’t the most comfortable spot. Make sure you see Anh to remove unwanted skin tags by Electrodessication.
