Amazing experience in the midst of re-opening(went today; 06/27) They have very friendly staff and extremely clean spaces. You wait for them to meet you at the door for temperature check. Hand sanitizer readily available. Tools were being sanitized constantly and not a lot of people on the same space at the same time, hence easy to physically distance. Mask is worn at all times. Great job at making this a safe experience and as comfortable at possible.
I have been going to Elements for over a year now. Dreya is my stylist. I love her!!! She's excellent at everything she does including color, highlights and she always offers the perfect cut. I moved back from San Francisco a few years ago and struggled to find a stylist that knew how to cut layers. I found that perfect person in Dreya. She's amazing!!! Elements Is my go to place for all my services. From color to cut, manis, pedis, waxing and facials. I have been going there for over 20 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Elements Salon and Spa is truly the best in the Valley. From expert salon services to relaxing and high quality spa services and amazing products, they are your one stop for beauty and wellness. I ALWAYS feel refreshed, relaxed and restored when I leave.
Jen who I got my Massage from did amazing job!!!! She is awesome
This place is horrible. They ripped off my friend, charging her $240 and her hair looks exactly the same. Also the lady automatically charged her for shampoo and conditioner that she didn't even want the bottles are so small and they were a total of $70. the lady said her hair would cost $110, so pretty sure the lady also charged my friend a $50 tip. my friend is too shy and nice to say no, so you can see why she was taken advantage of.

Horrible experience this last time I went. I’ve been going to Elements for about 2 years and this last time showed me that it’s not worth the money. I was overcharged for all over color which ended up turning out orange instead of a dark blonde. The cut was lopsided and I had to fix it myself. I am beyond disappointed and will not be going back.
