The staff is very knowledgeable and amazing! I had my hair and scalp conditioned by Jordan and my daughters got a Malibu treatment. We all are very happy with the results. I feel so spoiled after visiting here I don't want to go anywhere else for spa & hair. Thank you!

Haven, did an Amazing Cut on my hair, she made me feel comfortable! She washed (That was awesome) dried,straighten and cut my hair !! I left after the first time, feeling fabulous!! Great job, Haven And Thank you !!
Elements is the only place I will get my hair cut in Fairbanks. Everyone I interact with in person or even on the phone is always so professional, pleasant and helpful. The salon is aesthetic, inviting and comfortable. I’ve seen several different stylists at Elements, but Cassidy has been my mainstay for the past couple of years. She is such a joy to interact with and has always helped make sure my hair is just the way I envision it.. even if I’m not quite sure how to articulate it. Definitely 5 stars.
