I love Element, the Salon atmosphere, the employees, and the product. Eric & Sean are the only two people I trust with my hair. I have never left the salon unsatisfied with a cut or color. They are the dynamic duo and amazing stylists.
I love this salon. Each person who i have had the pleasure to meet exudes warmth and is very welcoming. It is the best for hair, nails ,massage and pampering. Definitely recommend

My excellent is for the service that Tiffany provides. I have seen Tiffany for MANY years. My complaint is to the owner of Elements. Can you please do something about the annoying generator noise that comes on every 5 minutes that totally destroys the ambience that Tiffany is trying to create. Just as you are relaxing from Tiffany's incredible hands, BOOM, the generator kicks on. This totally takes away from the experience. Hi Kathy, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will have it looked into asap. We unfortunately have to use a sump pump for the plumbing in the spa because of the radiant heat in the flooring but it certainly shouldn't be going off constantly. It only should kick on when the water is being run and unfortunately there is nothing I or my landlord can do to make it any better other than not provide running water to the spa rooms. This salon is amazing! I was so nervous getting my hair cut and colored but Monet did a spectacular job! She made such a difference and is a very talented technician :)
