I was not pleased with my highlights, so I asked for a refund. They looked grown out the day I walked out of the salon, so I told the owner. She did offer to redo the service, but my hair was already beyond fixable. The owner has since ghosted me. I am now so embarrassed of my hair.
Great shop and services very happy!
I don’t get my haircut very often and was in town to run a few errands. I stopped in to see if they did walk-ins and the ladies were so kind to get me in for a quick haircut! Cannot thank them enough!!
Great customer service & relaxing atmosphere! I always leave happy!
