Extremely professional. His work is outstanding! I had a whole corner of my house that had been leaking for 5-10 years eventually found mold & all of my framing had rotted away so a whole corner of my house was just floating. I’m always nervous about hiring contractors and getting screwed but this is one contractor that you don’t need to worry about! I recommend him to everyone! Just do it. Don’t look anywhere else. I contacted elements after our esthetician studio flooded. The drainage outside our building wasn’t working correctly, so after the big rain storm, our entire studio flooded. It was such a mess. Our water heater broke in the middle of the night and I reached out to elements they worked with my insurance company and accepted their rates they responded quickly, removed the water and dried out everything. I did not end up with any mold and now everything is repaired You can’t even tell.
