In October of 2025, we had a flood in the kitchen of our St. George rental unit. Our local property manage refer us to Chris for water clean up and restoration services. We are very glad Chris came to our rescue. He and his team were very responsive to the immediate work of water clean up but he also was more than happy to work with our insurance company regarding what exactly need to be done to get our property back into a livable condition.
