We discovered Elements in early 2026 and it is now one of our go to spots. Love the food and the environment.
Needed a place to have dinner with my absolutely stunningly hot, no cap, 11/10, perfect gf. So we stopped in on a Wednesday. I’d recommend reservations cause it seemed like a busy spot for dinner. My better half and then some ordered the beef shoulder and I got the salmon. I gotta admit that beef was very tender and season pretty perfectly. Definitely the dish of the night. Fantastic food and great local art. I've had dinner, dessert, and lunch and they were all fabulous. Eggs Benedict was a little under seasoned but that was the only flaw. The mocktails are great too!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Elements on our anniversary. Our reservation details were met above our expectations. Our food was delicious. There was a snafu with our order but they went above and beyond to make it right. And I got to try a Vancouver bourbon, Quartz Mountain Sherry Finished. The service was also superb. It is an overall great dining experience.
