Terrible customer service. Walked in the store with little knowledge and walked out with great knowledge of where not to go. An asian guy that just started there was more focused on getting back on the phone with his boyfriend/girlfriend then he was to be of any help whatsoever. He was rude and sold me a terrible vabe with throat kill juice. Dont go to this store. Very little selection and very poor customer service...boo!!
This shop has a very cool and modern atmosphere inside. Additionally, they offer a rewards program that helps me save on e-juice!
It was ok when I first started going. It's convenient to my house and they were helpful in the beginning. However, they are almost constantly out of the juices I like, coils and other supplies. The staff now seem almost as despondent about it as me. Not quite sure what's going on with this store but I have found another store less convenient but who has what I need and who remember how to smile. Sad to see this place seemingly fail as it is!
