Karla, the owner & Stylist is warm, friendly & literally the best Stylist I’ve ever had! She’s been doing my hair for (6) years now….I’m never disappointed & constantly receiving compliments on her work, which is fresh, trendy & often cutting edge!!!❤️
Owner of shop over books. I went in to get color and because owner/stylist was overbooked she left color on too long and my hair came out. Was not able to handle all the clients. To makes matters worst did not seem to be concerned and blew me off. I guess it did not matter because clientele was so good. Just thought that was poor service on the Owners part. I had to cut all the damage pieces of my hair off and she didn't seem to care. Just because you have a business that is doing well you don't do people like that.
