Can’t get an appointment. Assistant won’t call back and Greg has a nasty attitude because my son does hair and refuses to do mine. Not business with a business attitude. Horrible customer service

Please don't bother setting up an appointment. They don't even show up for work. I scheduled an appointment 3 days ago. Showed up on the appointment day (Thursday) and there is no one here nor can I get in touch with anyone. How are you running a business...
