I look forward to my monthly stretch and massage. Becoming a member was one of the best self care decisions I’ve made. Dr. Shawn is so wonderful at personalizing her treatments. She always checks in with me before starting. I highly recommend Elements of Health. Such as appropriate name!!
Such a peaceful space and all of the staff are so helpful. The owner Shante is a magician with her hands.

For 75$ I can get a 60 minute massage each ... read more
