The Massage Therapist, Lisa, did a great job of listening to me regarding pain/muscle issues. The massage was exactly what I wanted. The pressure was perfect because she checked asking if the pressure was ok and once when I said (left triceps) it was a smidge too hard she adjusted the pressure. The mid back pain was definitely relieved. In addition the next day I didn't have any of that feeling of malaise and achiness. I am definitely recommending Elements Massage.
This is the best place in town to unwind with either a massage or a facial! The therapists are amazing and tailor the session to your needs. I encourage becoming a member today.
Everyone was very friendly, and quick to answer any and all questions. My massage therapist really listened to what my concerns were and targeted those issues while making it feel like a safe and comfortable place.
