I bought a 1 hour massage gift card from the previous location only a week or so before they shut down. I was not told they would be closing. They finally reopened over a year later and now I’m told that my gift card is only valid if I get a membership and pay for my first massage. Very dishonest business. Gift cards should be honored; especially when I was not told they were closing down when I purchased the card.
Carolyn is fantastic at the front desk. It was a wonderful massage. Danny the manager is so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
This was my first massage and I had a great experience. Kolby was kind and attentive, and I left feeling refreshed. Danny and the team at Elements Massage also made it easy to book a last-minute couples massage, which was wonderful to share with my wife!
