Just wanted to say that my neck, shoulders and back feel amazing after Danny gave me a massage. First time I’ve had a massage that I don’t experience soreness the next day. I had one of my best gym sessions the day after thanks to the adjustments Danny made. I really appreciate the great work! ☺️
Disappointed! I’m a former member and I purchased $500 worth of gift certificates, which they were happy to sell to me right before they closed their doors to “relocate”. What a surprise; zero communication to their members! They finally reopened about a year later and refuse to honor my gift certificates! I called elements franchisor to complain and they did nothing but direct me to the local franchise. I bought a 1 hour massage gift card from the previous location only a week or so before they shut down. I was not told they would be closing. They finally reopened over a year later and now I’m told that my gift card is only valid if I get a membership and pay for my first massage. Very dishonest business. Gift cards should be honored; especially when I was not told they were closing down when I purchased the card.
Carolyn is fantastic at the front desk. It was a wonderful massage. Danny the manager is so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
