Mother’s Day massage and facial, the only reason why I’m giving two stars is because of the reception. My husband tried to call at least 3 times during opening hours for important information, his calls were unanswered. When I got there 15 minutes before my appointment the doors were locked. I was let in by a receptionist who said she was cleaning that’s why they were locked. Ivonne is so amazing! My favorite of all time. She always knows what I like and my target spots.
Nothing but great things to say about this place. I drive from Orem because they are completely worth it. Katie is wonderful and I highly recommend her for anything prenatal or deep tissue. I have never had a massage therapist ask me before moving onto a new area if I felt like the area was complete and I was so appreciative when she took this approach.
Misty was awesome. I booked last minute, because I’ve been experiencing some back pain lately. I was able to get in the next day, and it was all smooth sailing. I did have to remind the girls at the counter to apply my first time discount when they told me my total. Other than that, my massage was great. Misty was great at communicating and teaching me about my muscles and physical state. Poor customer service experience. Charged a $35 cancel fee when my wife woke up sick and wanted to move the appointment that we had set up with a GIFT CARD. Save your money, go to a locally owned and operated spa instead.
