In tears because of how the lady at the front desk treated me over the phone regarding my membership. I also was charged for a massage I missed after telling them I was in the ER with a neck injury (with no response from them, just charged). Very disappointed in the business overall - my massage lady…LOVE HER but def won’t be back because of how they run their business.
I have not had a massage in years. After seeing Kimberly I signed up for the membership. It was a wonderful experience.
It was my first time very calming and clean place love it will be back !!!
Always a relaxing experience.
Amazing experience, so kind and professional. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months.. Kristen did a fantastic job !!
