I had a terrible experience at this location today. I called last week to schedule an appointment on my birthday, there were no appointment times available at the time I called, so the receptionist put me on the waitlist. A few days later I received the below email and clicked confirm to lock in the appointment. Today, my birthday, I drive to the Middletown location, and go to the front desk to check in.
