The atmosphere was very calming and professional. And the massage itself was amazing!
The people are friendly and helpful. Craig is an excellent massage therapist!
Bought a 2hr massage for the introductory price , which was a good deal but the massage its self wasn't great, the lady only massages me with one hand on each section she was working on and was going extreamly slow, i felt like I didn't really get a massage after I left, was very disappointed especially because it was the only thing I asked for, for Christmas this year, probably won't be returning.
I originally gave this business five stars, but I had to go back and change my review based on my last two experiences. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service and the overall process, including calling, confirming appointments, and the way charges are handled. The level of customer care is no longer what it used to be, and that is truly disappointing.
