This facility is so professional and the staff is so kind. My therapist is Riley and he is the best therapist I have ever had in my whole entire life. He knows how to take care of me and I do not have to tell them how to massage me. If Riley leaves I leave! But overall, I truly Their subscription it is worth it, especially since I have Riley as my therapist!
im sorry but who is running this place?!!?? I rarely leave reviews but my experience has been terrible. why is it so hard to cancel my membership? and how is it that their studio manager is always on her phone and having unpleasant conversations while other clients are in the lobby? not to mention it took about 3 different time for joselyn to call me back about canceling my subscription. don’t waste your time and energy coming here bcuz they will just steal your money….
