I love this place!!! All the staff here are always top notch. Brand, especially, is a phenomenal talent. After the first session, my shoulders weren’t tight. After my second session, all the knots were completely gone. After the third, the knots never came back. I have been coming regularly to see him ever since. Cannot recommend the service here enough!!!
Services are great and had great massages here. My issue comes from the managerial/business side of this establishment. I moved from San Antonio in Feb 2025, cancelled in person before I left, or so I thought.... Kept getting charged monthly for the membership I had cancelled. in April 2025, submitted another cancellation via email since where I moved to has no Elements Massage location within 2 and a half hours.
