I opted for the type of massage where the massage therapist uses her feet. It was amazing! Didn't know ones feet could massage the way she did. There were times when I thought she was using her hands. All in all, I'd do it again.

I've had many massages by many different people over the years, but I can say, hands down, Makayla was the best MT I have ever had. Every touch was so intentional, and she had so much purpose in her work. I feel like past MTs just go through the motions to get through it, but you could tell that Makayla put so much thought into my massage. I highly recommend her!

Madison was incredible! I’ve never heard of a shiatsu massage before but I gave it a shot and it was absolutely amazing!!! It will be difficult to go back to a regular deep tissue massage so hopefully I can find this technique in other parts of the country when I travel. But until then I’m going to take advantage of Elements while I’m here. Thanks again Madison!
