I’ve been coming here for years. My mom has a membership and they’ve always been wonderful about letting me use one of her massages since she travels a lot for work and I have extensive back issues that keep me coming back. This was my first and only semi negative experience and I’m still giving a 4 star review. As someone with a desk job, I hold a massive amount of tension in my upper back. Kathy has a truly lovely touch and provides the ultimate relief. She perfectly masters the balance of firm but gentle pressure, allowing my muscles to relax without any sharp pain. Her elbow work from my shoulders down to my upper back was incredible—it targeted exactly where I glaze over at my computer screen all day. I walked out feeling incredibly light and open. Highly recommend!
