As someone with a desk job, I hold a massive amount of tension in my upper back. Kathy has a truly lovely touch and provides the ultimate relief. She perfectly masters the balance of firm but gentle pressure, allowing my muscles to relax without any sharp pain. Her elbow work from my shoulders down to my upper back was incredible—it targeted exactly where I glaze over at my computer screen all day. I walked out feeling incredibly light and open. Highly recommend!
