Unprofessional behavior from management
An unprofessional and poorly managed business with an untrained front desk and no accountability from ownership.
I have had several therapists at Elements massage and all have been amazing. Pricing is competitive and staff is amazing. If you want to unwind and get some.therapy.rhis is the place. definitely will recommend this place to everyone I know.
I have to agree with poster Flores: I went in a couple of weeks ago to rejoin, counter hep was superb, filled out a form for me took my credit card and scheduled an appt. 2. i called back today to confirm my appt, only to find out i don’t have a membership. the desk help was confused and got so upset tha she put me on hold. No wonder my best friend cancelled her membership.
