This place has very questionable business practices. I was scammed out of at least $237 dollars worth of massages because suddenly and without notice, the former membership credits have an expiration date. Obviously, no manager on site to speak to either and no one can give information. Front desk personnel is friendly but very unhelpful in this situation. Never even offered a contact to escalate or provide details and went as far as to blame the "previous owner"
