I first visited Elements while I was in town for work, and seriously, it's the best massage studio I've ever found while traveling! I actually had to stop and write this review now because I just left another massage studio in a different city, and all I could think of was how much I wished I had the same amazing experience I got at Elements. From the moment I arrived, I was assured, affirmed and reassured by Christi, my massage therapist, that my care, comfort and safety were her priority. She encouraged me to advocate for what I needed and she gave me a space to relax and also be fully present in my body. The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The massage was divine. The facilities were clean and smelled delish. Christi was wonderful and very knowledgable! The vibes were awesome here. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will be coming back.
I’m visiting Charlotte for a few days and I had a Spafinder card. Found this location. Adria listened to my needs and provided a great massage. The front staff were really friendly as well. I’d recommend.
