Was given a gift card for Elements from another location by a member of 15 years, we called and the Troy location said they would honor it. The frontdesk woman accepted the card, however when I left she told me it wasn't acceptable. I asked if the card was invalid, she said it was a real gift card, but her system wouldn't accept it. Emily had been such a delight to see for facials at Elements. She truly provides an elevated experience every time! She explains what she’s doing and has fantastic technique. She’s knowledgeable of the products and skin care for your skin type. She’s kind, personable and an expert! Highly recommend seeing her for face care needs.
Amanda was amazing my massage was the best I’ve ever had! I have never felt so relaxed before. I was totally relaxed and comfortable I will for sure be back.. my facial was amazing as well I have nothing but great feelings about this location
