Save the headache and take your hard earned money and business elsewhere. I called and scheduled a prenatal massage yesterday (11/14) and my husband woke up sick today (11/15) so I called to reschedule that way I wouldn’t get anyone sick at Elements or go into labor while my husband is sick. LOVE THIS PLACE!! I've been going here for a few years and keep forgetting to write one of these! The front desk is always friendly and welcoming! I've had a few message therapists but I've found Eric and he's incredible and very kind! I always rave about this place and this location to my clients and friends and hope they do whatever they can to keep these amazing people here!!!
I had the best hydrating and anti-aging facial yesterday at the Troy Elements. Emily was great, she did neck, scalp and hand and arm message while doing facial. I have had few messages there and felt very relaxed. Place is clean and friendly. Thank you
Emily was wonderful, she listened and worked out my left shoulder, I feel new!
