My bf made an appointment for me on Thursday. But I can’t make it . I called today 9/8 at 1:10pm to cancel. The receptionist was so suck . First she hung up the phone very quickly. I had to call back and she answered so fast “ok canceled “ and just hang up. She should ask for reschedule or what clients need something else before she hangs up then. I work as customer service. I understand that. This was not the first time. I always buy gifts cards for my friends here because I saw the great reviews . But so disappointed today
