Got a massage with one of their “elite” massage artists Noah. Have to say very disappointed, was more painful then enjoyable and wasn’t even trying to fix the root problem I came in for. Felt very much a waste of money.

They say you can cancel at anytime as a selling point, but then when you try to cancel, they tell you that you need to give 30 days notice and come in in person to sign a form, just a heads up. So you indeed cannot just cancel at anytime. The sales pressure to sign up for a subscription and the hassle of getting out of it, deters greatly from the experience of going here.
Ehh.. I spent $98 on a massage from a Groupon deal that was simply OK. After telling the person over the phone my body concerns, filling out 4-5 pages of forms online explaining IN DETAIL my body area concerns just to walk in for my appointment to be asked again by the masseuse what I needed her to work on, I was annoyed. They’re add ons are expensive. I added on hot stones for $30. The masseuse was OK But I have had better work, I walked out still hurting in the same areas I told her I needed work on.
