not really good experience. The receptionist is so persistent to subscribe for membership. I already said No, but keep insisting it.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, clean and quiet. Noel was great. He listened to how I like the massage done and he did just what I had asked.
I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I was charged twice for $159 and called immediately after noticing the charge to request a downgrade or else I would cancel. They assured me I was downgraded, but the following month, I was charged $159 again for a two-hour massage I thought I had downgraded prior. I spoke with Tyler, the manager, who was unhelpful and refused to refund me the $79 difference, even though I had called to make this change the month prior.
