Honestly very disappointed in this location. Seems to be going downhill. They can’t keep anyone on staff. Just as you find a therapist you like they’re gone. But even worse they are cancelling appointments more and more. Today is the third time in my recent memory they have cancelled on me last minute. Usually very short notice too, like an hour before but today takes the cake at being 5 mins before my appointment right as I was parking in their lot. Worst place! Had a really bad experience with Elements Massage. I booked a massage for my girlfriend under my account, so everything was tied to my name and my cell phone number. While she was there, they found out that the credit card I originally used had been compromised and replaced because of fraud, so the number no longer worked. Instead of simply calling me — the account holder and the person paying — they repeatedly called and harassed my girlfriend. This all happened within just a few hours of the appointment.
