I have now had 4 massage appointments at Elements in Morris Plains with 2 different therapists, Daniel and Tim. Both are excellent and left me feeling fantastic afterwards. The location is clean and calming. On top of that, Brianna at the front desk is extremely friendly and easy to work with on modifying appointments. I truly appreciate every aspect of the experience!
I’ve seen several massage therapists at this location and they’ve all been awesome. I prefer heavy pressure and Dan is amazing at deep tissue, getting all those deeper, aggravated knots loose. Dan is also certified in cupping and convinced me to try it again after doing it once years ago without success or noticeable difference. I am so grateful he did because, doing it correctly, cupping has made such a difference in maintaining the massage results and delaying the return of my chronic pain problems. Thanks Dan!
Ive been seeing Tim for years. He’s helped my w neck and back pain thru 2 pregnancies and postpartums and helped my chronic migraines. He’s the absolute best - highly recommend him!

I went to Dan from Elements and had an excellent massage. He was very professional. He listened to my initial intake, and his attention to detail was much appreciated! Highly recommend. Staff are all very professional from the moment you walk in the door!
