I have had nothing but problems here and mamagement never does anything about besides listening but there is not cudtomer help or grace. Customer service is horrible this location makes me want to cancel my memebership.
Had my friends come in for massages and Wendy snapped at one of them due to her not wanting to be stretched and made my friend nearly walk out of her session. They told me it was the worst massage they have ever had and they will never be back nor would they recommend Wendy she is so incredibly rude and unprofessional.
My first visit (offered a discount) and were available when I needed them!!! Awesome hours.
BE WARNED , was in some discomfort and went in October , was talked into a membership making my first massage cheaper . The whole concept was CANCEL ANY TIME , MONTHLY . Should have known that was a scam. Decided not even a week later to cancel . Searched up and down on the website for a place to cancel nothing found . Sent an email around the first of the month trying to cancel ... did not receive a response back for almost 2 weeks .
