So this review is pertaining to certain policies that corporate have in place regarding their membership. I had a previous membership with the Smithtown location. Over the course of a few loyal years, my account racked up 24 massages that have yet to be used. One of the enticing benefits of a membership is that you can use these rollover massages at any and all of their locations.
