Jim was great! The massage was great and he targeted the areas I needed while checking on me along the way. While some look like they just rolled out of bed, Jim greeted me with a handshake and looked like a professional. I am HUGE on professionalism in the service industry. Not only did he help my neck situation but created an environment that made me want to go back to see him.
I have been coming to this studio for a couple years, and have only ever received fantastic service from all staff. Though there was some change after a shift in ownership in the last year or so, the professionalism, cleanliness, and service at this studio has never once had me thinking of going elsewhere.
