At elements they are friendly accommodating have improved their parking validation process and always wanted to help a client‘s needs. Weather is going above and beyond to schedule reschedule or make appointments. Also, Julio, the masseuse and a skin tech lady are very nice people. You feel amazing coming out of that place with very respectful people at hand.
Clean facility, friendly staff. I've had wonderful massage therapists.. They are professional and always check in with you during the course of the massage regarding the pressure.
Every visit is a good one! From the time I walk into the door and am greeted by Joe I have a smile on my face. Joe is always professional, pleasant and friendly. Jermaine is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. I have been to many masseuse's and he is definitely the best! if you haven't tried Elements Massage in White Plains, don't wait any longer!
