I scheduled a massage for myself and my husband a week in advance as a birthday gift for him—something to help him unwind from his physically demanding job. As a new customer, I made sure to confirm the appointment ahead of time and completed all necessary paperwork. Immediately noticed cleanliness upon entering. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. My massage therapist was Nicole. She was experienced and knowledgeable which I needed. She was professional and caring. Update second visit with another therapist was just OK. He was actually about a 3.5. Just so-so. Was able to book my next appointment with Nicole again.
Charity was wonderful! She was so receptive, intuitive and powerful. I went to her once and I bought a membership that day.
