Wonderful service
Always feel great after the massage. The staff is very helpful and polite. The therapist does a great job at giving me relief in the areas that I need it.
Don’t go to elements massage if you are handicapped and have certain specifications. You can’t hold them to your requests. And they make you pay when they make the mistake. Terrible customer service.
Updating my old review so the 5 stars stay fresh! I've been a member for a couple years now and continue to love this monthly self-care. I especially enjoy working with massage therapists Andrew, Laura, Stephanie, and Scott. And shoutout to front desk staff member Ellie--She is especially helpful when it comes to rescheduling and especially friendly whenever I arrive at the studio.
