Went here for the first time as we had gift cards to redeem. My massage therapist was great- checking in on level of pressure and if I was comfortable. She used hot stones and lavender essential oil. It was a very relaxing massage. The lobby is welcoming and our care representative who checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable on the services offered. I like that it is La Centerra so that I can do other things either before or after my appointment.
Chelsea didn't just go through the motions when providing me with a massage. She analyzed my muscles, body, and targeted areas and massaged with purpose. This was the first massage I received, and I felt like the masseuse was trying to heal my body and not just make it feel good. She provided me with information and understanding of where I was "broken" and what she wanted to do to help fix it. I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone trying to recover from injuries, get healing in their body, and looking for better performance.
It was easy to make the appointment. There was good E-mail communication ahead of the appointment. The waiting area is nice with free WiFi. The massage therapist was on time for my appointment. She communicated well with regard to my preferences & trouble spots. Her technique was good/professional & I felt comfortable the entire time. Payment was quick & easy, afterwards. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the parking is terrible in the Cinco Ranch location.
