I had previously rated 5 stars. Mike is the best therapist I have massage me. Now I am dropping my rating to 1 star, if I could leave less I certainly would. Very dissatisfied with the recent lack of customer service. This company is not worth signing with. My massage was shorted 30 minutes. I booked a deep tissue massage with Amanda, but unfortunately the experience did not match what I requested. The massage pressure was very light the entire time. About halfway through the session, I politely asked if she could apply more pressure. She acknowledged the request and said “ok,” but the pressure remained the same for the rest of the appointment. If I could leave a negative star I would. I called to reschedule my appointment that booked for the same day when I needed a week out. While on the phone with the receptionist I was talking through options. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Then sent my credit card a $50 charge! I never officially canceled my appointment! I was talking through options. Still was charged a cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous. NEVER GO HERE! What a scam! Again!! Negative stars. Tina is amazing. She is very in tune with her patients and can feel exactly what’s tight. She definitely knows her stuff. Her joy is making you feel good.
