Going to a spa is a luxury that you pay for the relaxation you get. I have left here feeling frustrated and angry (twice-the only two times I’ve been here) due to the reception not being able to properly take the gift cards that the company is pushing so hard. After my massage, it took over 15 minutes to get paid out using my gift cards. I left a cash tip as you cannot use the gift card to tip (as is standard and I expected this).
