CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT- great massage services, poor customer service and a 30% price increase?
Warning: Ever since the management change this Elements just hasn't been the same. Kate used to run this store and a couple others, the hospialtily and professionalism was great. The past two months have not been the same, they’ve had a lot of turnover with their receptionist(in the past month, not sure if they’re cleaning house or people are leaving). Fantastic service my therapist Michael did an amazing job of listening to my concerns and addressing them. He checked in with me to make sure that the pressure was correct and make sure that I was feeling good. I will definitely be back to see him specifically.
