First time here and I literally got the best massage of my life. Perfect in every way. Professional, clean, consistent with a medium pressured massage. Second time here it was one of the worst, if not the worst. Really painful and hard. Even though the guy was listed as medium. Elements Massage is a great place I have Giovanna so if you want a deep massage ask for Giovanna. I leave there relaxed and feeling blissful. Alls I can say is that I get my money's worth from Giovanna five stars
I had a appointment with Jennifer at 5:45 pm I called at 12:00 today 8.19.25 to verify my appointment and they confirmed it was at 5:45 ) and my appointment ended up being at 6:00 which was what the lady at the front decks told me and than a gentleman named "Kevin" came out when I clearly booked my appointment with Jennifer a month an advance. I hesitate to leave this review so the secret doesn't get out. I can't recommend Lilly enough for facials. She is fantastic and is so thorough in her treatments, as well as giving advice on skin care in ways I never receive at other places. She is the best and Elements Massage is lucky to have her!
