Went in today for an hour massage with Ryan and did not get a massage at all. All he did was dig his elbows into my back without even moving just placed pressure for an hour. Then turned me over and did the most awkward feeling neck massage that just has my neck strained now. As someone who gets massages often, I can’t even consider that a massage.
