I had a very bad massage from David B. at Elements Massage in Bridgewater, MA. He massaged areas I told him not to (which hurt me more and was intrusive) and did not massage areas I wanted him to like my neck even though I explicitly told him to leave time for that area. He became defensive when I advocated for myself stating, "I have won awards and have been doing this for 30 years, so I know what I am doing." This is not a review of the individual massage therapists, but of the company and receptionist. I felt like I was getting a sales pitch as soon as a I walked in and then again at check out. On top of that, the person tried to make small talk but ended up criticizing me a few times instead. It made me really uncomfortable. I will never go back to this location.
Had a ton of massages here and always a great experience. The membership makes pricing a little more affordable. Lots of parking available and nearby shopping.
I liked everything about the experience. The facility was bright and welcoming, the staff was friendly and helpful, the massage room was comfortable and relaxing, and the therapist was very nice and proficient. I went for lower back pain and decided to sign up for the monthly agreement, so there you go.
I can’t say enough good things about Stephen g. I couldn’t even lay on the table comfortably because I was in so much pain. He listened to my concerns focused on my problem area. I woke up pain free and almost cried. He is very skilled and knows what he is doing. I will see him again!
