If you want a great massage at affordable prices, Elements is for you. I joined over a year ago and in that time have gone to Paul and Evan and both are terrific professionals. They listen to your needs and pro-actively make suggestions about stretches and movements in between appointments so there is continuity between visits. If you want to go to a spa, get a terry cloth robe, a glass of flavored water, a light body rub and pay well over $150/hour, Elements is not for you. The Massage Therapists are great. I am never disappointed with whoever works on my muscles. They listen to my concerns and use techniques to mitigate the tight areas. This past week I went to Yovanny and she worked my back, calf and feet muscles. I am very grateful to her and the front desk staff.
