The place is clean; the beds are warm (heated) and my masseuse, Amy, is really good at what she does. I feel so much better when I have had my massage. I also believe it's helping me stave off the return of my cancer by improving my circulation..... that improves the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to my muscle cells while helping to detox my body. I recently got a massage from Aisha, and she is absolutely amazing. She is nothing but professional , and talks you through the whole process. She makes you feel comfortable throughout your whole session , as well as very intuitive and reached every spot I needed addressed. I highly recommend booking a session with her!
Went for the first time today and had a really good massage. I mentioned some places I had knots and needed attention. Rebecca (notbsure if that's the correct spelling) got the stubborn knot out of my neck that has been there for months. She also targeted some areas i didnt even know needed attention but I am telling you, I needed them and I felt more limber and able to move easier and thats not normally how I feel when I get massages at other places.
