The place is amazing. But they still hold you accountable if they don’t send you a reminder like a while out. I asked to be sent a reminder. Some people have a lot going on or have difficulty remembering things. They said they provide that but they didn’t do it. What if it was someone who just had emergency surgery had a hospital emergency or had memory problems? Those of us who have a lot going on are used to setting alarms when we know. Got a massage. Masseuse was 1000% professional, nice, respectful, and did exactly what I asked in terms of working on the specific areas that were bothering me the most. Technique was top notch, got all the tense knots loose and relaxed. Aroma therapy oils were used. Free candy and water. Calming clean environment. Highly recommend. I will be returning. They also have a monthly massage membership option.
