Have never had a bad experience
Nothing like finding out after your 90 minute massage that they won’t honor your gift card because it was purchased at another location. Not to mention the fact that there was construction banging the entire time so hard to relax. What a waste of my money!!
I had an appointment but cancelled when I saw they want you to sign a binding arbitration agreement just to give them your business. No way.
