Tom Is fantastic!! Very Professional and respectful. Targets my issues yet still have time for a full body massage. Very tuned to what's going on with my back. Using pressure points and stretching very through.
Tom the message therapist was excellent. He carefully located and released various trigger points to reduce tension and pain. He also performed other techniques such as stretching and improved my mobility. I can tell that Tom has a deep knowledge of the musculoskeletal system which informs his effective treatments. Elements Spa overall was clean and peaceful with friendly staff.
Best massage spa in our area. Leaps and bounds better than hand and stone or massage envy chain and pricing is the same. You get so much more here. Relaxing quiet environment and omg, if you can get an appt with Lisa you’re in for a treat. She is phenomenal in every way.
