Terrible service, I waited over 4 months (even though I needed a massage at the time I tried to schedule) and was never able to get a massage. I got a 90 min gift certificate from a friend for Christmas. At the end of January tried to schedule on the website, but it wouldn’t let me. So I called 4 times during business hours, waiting 2-3 days between calls, leaving a voicemail twice. Finally the fifth time someone picked up. Elements has great massage therapists that get ongoing education . They offer lots of extras like cupping and himalayan salts. Always go the extra mile to make their customers happy!
I prefer this location to all others in Western MA. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The therapist’s techniques are excellent and totally consistent.
