The therapists are great. The setting is inviting and not intimidating. The therapists remember what you like and don't like and are very aware of your feelings throughout the visit. The place is clean and comfortable. Just enough talk about what to do in between without lectures.
Regina was my massage therapist. She was excellent!! Attentive to my trouble spots and she had a lot of effective techniques that really helped them. I was given an after care card with suggestions to maintain the progress she made. Definitely would recommend Elements Massage to friends and family!
