Front desk associates are friendly, prebooking enters you into a drawing for a free add on service, and my massage therapist Andi is phenomenal. I can’t say enough positive things about Andi, I’m so grateful that I was matched with her.
1. If you position the membership as no fees, then you shouldn’t be charging a monthly fee. If I don’t come in for a massage I didn’t book, then I shouldn’t be charged for the “fee-less” and nonexistent service. This is the first review i’ve ever left but I have to, first of all I canceled my membership 2 months ago even though they made it clear it’s a month to month commitment and not a long term thing and Ive still been charged 119 dollars both months for pretty much no reason. They also never answer the phone when I try to call them and don’t communicate with you at all before they charge you even though you shouldn’t even be getting charged for anything. The staff at Elements Massage in Scottsdale is always professional and courteous. I always leave feeling refreshed and like a brand-new person. Great place, great staff!
