I felt great when my massage was done. Lots of mobility in my stiff neck. Isabel was friendly and wanted to make sure the experience was good. Highly recommend!
I will say that no one answers the phone, I called several times and it was just an answering machine. Check in / check out was mediocre, the person at the desk didn't really seem to like being there and finished up a casual conversation with a therapist while I stood there waiting to check out. Unbelievably predatory "membership" program. I was told my credits would never expire upon signing up for membership. Then years later, I was told when trying to cancel my membership, that all my credits expire after I cancel membership, and that they automatically expire after a year either way. That’s either called a fee or a predatory business tactic, pick one. Never again will I ever return to your business, or recommend any visiting family and friends do the same. 1. If you position the membership as no fees, then you shouldn’t be charging a monthly fee. If I don’t come in for a massage I didn’t book, then I shouldn’t be charged for the “fee-less” and nonexistent service. Front desk associates are friendly, prebooking enters you into a drawing for a free add on service, and my massage therapist Andi is phenomenal. I can’t say enough positive things about Andi, I’m so grateful that I was matched with her.
