I’ve given this place multiple chances, and unfortunately, it’s been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is reliability—I am constantly having to reschedule appointments because they either cancel last minute or can’t keep their own schedule. This place is great, I love my massage therapist! I have been visitng this location for about 3 years now. The Mesa location in Riverview Plaza is super clean and nice.
I stopped by yesterday morning to pick up a gift card for my sister in law in which her b-day is on Tuesday. I would love to give a special shout-out to my girl Jenny (staff receptionist) who went above and beyond. She is so friendly, kind, polite, and outgoing! She was able to give 2 gift cards for my mom and I to give to our sister-in-law/daughter-in-law. Jenny is amazing.
