😡😡I’m really disappointed in this company. I was a member for a few months and I had to cancel my membership because I can’t afford it anymore and I tried to cancel over the phone and they told me to come in to the office so I did and I filled out the paper to cancel that was 2 weeks ago and they just charged my card and actually charged me more than they were charging. I’m extremely upset with this as I canceled because I couldn’t afford it. If they take that charge back I will be happy to delete this review.
Had a horrible massage experience with Laura. It was extremely painful and unprofessional, with inappropriate pressure on sensitive areas. I left feeling sore and shaken. Very disappointing after a first great experience.
I have always been treated politely and professionally. Laura has relieved my chronic pain and that is a blessing.
