This place only cares about your money. They let you schedule the day of, however if you have to cancel due to an injury, they will still charge you for the full appointment. They do not care that it is physically impossible to give 24 hours notice for cancellation when you book 10 hours prior. (Booked the 10:30am appt at 12:11am, but somehow was supposed to give 24 hours notice?) They also were rude, abrasive, and hostile when I tried to speak to them regarding this. The owner is amazing. All the staff I have interacted with have been absolutely incredible. Everyone is always in a great mood and they work with whatever you are dealing with. This location provides a positive experience with good staff and great providers. Adaptable to the individual needs of their clients. The membership is worth it, but be aware you will be charged immediately upon cancelation of the membership.
Be aware that you will be charged immediately upon cancelation of your membership. It is not one additional charge at the beginning of the next month. I would make only one recommendation for this location. If a client can not afford your services any longer, charging them immediately upon cancelation of membership will tarnish their entire experience with your establishment. Other then this, the staff is friendly and the Providers are professional.
My mom is an older adult, and I wanted to make sure she would feel comfortable and well taken care of. The front desk staff was welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy from the start. Olga was very attentive, patient, and adjusted the massage to my mom’s needs and comfort level. She left feeling relaxed and very happy with the experience. We’ll definitely be back!
