I'm warning you: avoid membership at Elements Massage. I was a loyal customer, always leaving generous tips, until they charged me for a massage I didn't use. My experience worsened during an 8 am massage appointment. The room was freezing, and despite my repeated complaints, the therapist couldn't adjust the temperature. She didn't offer to move me or ask if I wanted to stop. Afterward, I reported the issue to the front desk. Their solution? Offering a free hot stone massage as compensation.
