right when you walk in they treat you with a water and mint, placing a nice towel smelling like lavender wrapped around ur neck, and then the massage begins, it was amazing and highly recommend this place
The staff at the front desk is exceptionally warm and welcoming. They offer many "little perks" like bottles of water and peppermint patties while you wait. The lobby / waiting area are always clean and quiet. The therapists are amazing and really do a great job of making you feel comfortable and check in with you to confirm the pressure levels and make adjustments to it as necessary. Overall the staff here in Concord NH is amazing!!!

Bailey was amazing and gave a fantastic facial. She was so knowledgeable about the products she was using and informed me about everything and every step she was taking. She made sure I was comfortable and took the time to take care of my skin. I can’t believe it but she really transformed my skin. I woke up this morning to a new face! Thank you thank you thank you!
