Joseph was great! I prefer a deep massage, which he does well and he was really knowledgeable and able to hit spots that had me walking out much more relaxed and out of pain. He gives you 100%! Highly recommend!
I was deeply disappointed by the lack of hygiene and professionalism at this establishment. During my visit, I noticed several concerning practices that raise serious health and safety issues. The sheets felt sticky and oily, suggesting they had not been properly laundered. I’ve been going here for a long time. I recently had a massage with Charles, and omg I found my new massage therapist. I almost don’t want to write this review bc I want more appts with him for myself! But I can’t keep a great thing a secret: Charles is a solid communicator, has an easy presence, and gave a 5/5 star massage. I felt so relaxed after, physically and mentally. DIRTY SHEETS AND THERAPISTS THAT DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS! Face cradle covers and towels not being washed, sheets feel sticky and oily, hot stones and cups not being sanitized after clients, and used massage oil not cleaned up after sessions. This place is gross. Buyer beware! This is not the place to find the best massage of your life, these therapists are underpaid and tired. Do yourself a favor and find a small business massage therapist. MassageBook is a great place to start.
