I tried calling to book a massage as I bought a Groupon. The woman who answered the phone was rude and the whole process makes no sense. So I pay for the service upfront, an extra $45 deposit to hold the appointment and tip? So $71+45 plus tip (about $20) coming to $136?! Granted I know the $45 will be refunded but she couldn’t even tell me when. Just weird. At least put on Groupon that you have to pay an extra $45…or just make people have a card on file to hold?!! Let me start by saying the receptionist at the front desk makes you feel so welcome.Second Nicholas did an excellent job massaging it was my first and want be my last. I will be requesting Nicholas again he was very professional.
Aaron from 7th st and bell was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and explained boundaries perfectly. He was so friendly and caring only about my comfort seeming how this was my first experience from a professional masseuse. I will be going back!
Alicia is amazing she has helped me with shoulder tension from desk work. And her massages have helped me heal from shoulder surgery.
