They have many levels of massage and many different options. All of the staff are very friendly. The staff are very good at reflecting what you like as far as the atmosphere. Do you like to talk, be quiet, or whatever. Many if the staff now have additional training, which increases the price, it is a money grab, but what can you do? The place is always clean.
Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had. I was even warned about this happening because it happens so frequently. I booked a massage for my wife for Valentine’s Day, which is also her birthday. Then…. Elements called a couple hours before the massage and CANCELLED on us! Do you have any idea what we went through to fit this in our busy schedule?? Had a great experience. Was my first time getting massaged and I will definitely be going back.I got the additional cupping service as well. Omari was very respectful and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and really focused on the areas that were causing me the most discomfort. I feel like I was reborn.
